Sheshnag a myth or reality? According to the Hindu mythology Sheshnag means the king of snakes and the lake was dug by Sheshnag himself. It is believed by the Hindus that Sheshnag stays in this Lake even today. And Lord Vishnu & Goddess Laxmi Sits On Sheshnaag. It is one of the most ancient places of pilgrimage for the Hindus, as it lies on the track of Amarnath cave. But recently Sheshnaag was seen on brahmaputra river in Assam. How it's possible. Is Sheshnaag, A Multihead Snake is Myth or reality? We don't know. But Sheshnaag sightings at assam has gone viral on internet. A huge Multihead Snakeseen and spotted in real life and caught on camera also. At first glimpse it was looking real. But as the largest snake of the world was not moving it's mystery reveled soon. Actually it was a statue. i.e. Lord Vishnu's Statue at Guwahati's Chakreshwar Temple. Dosto aap ko bhagwan vishnu aur sheshnag ki kahani to pata hoga hi. Vishnu bhagwan sheshnag par shayan karte hai. Which is a Mysterious Lord Vishnu temple. Because the impression of sudarshana chakra of lord vishnu is still there. In this Bishnu temple the Statue was made on the river itself. The statue consits of shesnaag and Lord Vishnu & Goddess Laxmi Sits On Sheshnaag. This Lord Vishnu statue at the famous Chakreshwar Temple in Kalipur, where the vertical pillar in the river indicates the height of the water, has been almost submerged by the Brahmaputra River and only the head of the Sheshnaag can be seen.
